BROW TREATMENTS
PRE CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Avoid Aspirin/ ibuprofen or any blood thinning vitamins for 72 hours
-
Do not consume alcohol at least 24-48 hours before appointment
-
Discontinue taking Retin A and fish oil 10 days before
-
Avoid tanning, facial scrubs or chemical peels for 2 weeks
-
Do not receive Botox injections for at least 3 weeks before
-
DO NOT consume any caffeine (including coffee, tea, energy drinks) the day of treatment as caffeine is a known blood thinner and can cause excessive bleeding leading to poor retention

POST CARE INSTRUCTIONS
-
For the first hour after your appointment, blot your brows with a clean tissue to remove the lymph fluid. If the oozing dries on the brows it will create massive scabs and they will peel/flake

Wash your brows morning and night for 10 days:
-
Wash hands, use 1 pump of soap for both brows
-
Gently wash in the direction of your brow hair. Just a light swipe to remove excess oils, oozing, etc. No circles or scrubbing.

Rinse thoroughly with cool, distilled water
-
Pat dry with clean paper towel
-
Apply rice grain size of balm provided by your technician
-
Do not pick, rub or scratch brows during the healing process. This can cause scarring or loss of pigment​
-
When showering tilt your head back to avoid getting brows wet
-
Avoid using anti-aging or acne products on your brows that contain AHA's that lighten or tighten
-
Use sunblock on brows after the healing process to prevent future color fading
-
Avoid vigorous exercise that causes heavy sweating for 10 days
-
Do not directly wet the brow area (besides gentle cleaning)
-
No swimming, saunas, steaming or facials for 2 weeks
-
Do not apply makeup or skincare products on the brows for 2 weeks
-
No exfoliating or harsh cleansers on or around the brows
-
Do not expose brows to direct sunlight without protection
LIP BLUSH
PRE CARE INSTRUCTIONS
-
Avoid vigorous exercise that causes heavy sweating the day of your treatment
-
Do not wax or tweeze upper lip week of appointment
-
Exfoliate lips 1 week prior to appointment (mix sugar & coconut oil)
-
Discontinue accutane 6 months prior to treatment
-
Dry, chapped or sunburned lips cannot be worked on. Please moisturize your lips daily with Aquaphor or Vaseline
-
No swimming, saunas, steaming the day of your appointment
-
No lip filler 30 days prior to appointment
-
If you are prone to getting cold sores you are required to get a prescription and use it it 1 week prior to appointment and a copy of the prescription for our records
-
Do not consume alcohol, caffeine or aspirin/ibuprofen 24-28 hours prior to your appointment
POST CARE INSTRUCTIONS
-
Avoid vigorous exercise that causes heavy sweating for at least 7 days
-
Keep your lips moisturized with Aquaphor or Vaseline using a Q-tip to apply during the entire healing process (7 days)
-
No swimming, saunas, steaming or facials for 2 weeks
-
Do not apply makeup or skincare products on the lips for at least 1 week
-
No exfoliating or harsh cleansers on or around the lips
-
Drink liquids through a straw and avoid spicy foods
-
Do not pick at your lips. This will cause loss of pigment and possible scarring
-
Do not touch your lips with your fingers. This may cause an infection
LASH EXTENSIONS
PRE CARE INSTRUCTIONS

​Remove all eye makeup and clean your natural lashes with an oil-free cleanser
-
If you wear contact lens, we recommend removing them
-
Avoid caffeine and any other stimulants that may cause your eyes to flutter involuntarily
-
Refrain from curling or perming your natural lashes prior to receiving your full set
-
If you have allergies please take medication before your appointment
-
Facials should be done before your lash appointment
POST CARE INSTRUCTIONS
-
Avoid getting your new lashes wet for at least 6 hours after application
-
Avoid extreme heat such as, steam rooms, hot saunas, and hot yoga for the next 48 hours
-
Avoid swimming for at least 48 hours after application
-
The following will break the bond of the extensions: oil-based products, eyelash curlers, and lash perm or tinting
-
Do not use mascara, as it will dissolve the adhesive
-
Gently remove eye makeup with an oil-free cleanser or remover
-
Avoid rubbing your eyes and do not attempt to pull on loose extensions
-
After showering, gently pat your lashes dry with a tissue and use an eyelash comb to gently groom any stray lashes, as needed
-
Do not attempt to remove your lash extensions yourself. Let them fall out naturally or make an appointment to have them professionally removed.

Book a refill appointment for every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain the wear of your lashes
BODY SCULPTING & BOOTY BOOST
PRE CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Schedule treatments around your menstrual cycle as body sculpting will increase your blood flow and can cause a heavier period flow
-
Avoid eating heavy meals the day of your treatment
-
Do not eat for 2 hours before your treatment
-
Drink at least 2 liters of water the day before your treatment
-
Staying hydrated is crucial to aid in the flushing out of broken down fat that is excreted through the lymphatic system
-
Do not consume caffeine, alcohol or carbonated drinks the day before your treatment
-
Do not wear any lotion or products on the area that is to be treated
POST CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Do not eat for 2 hours after your treatment

Continuing to drink water is crucial. Stay hydrated with plenty of water to facilitate lymphatic drainage

Limit your caffeine and carbonated drinks intake
-
Do not consume alcohol for 24 hours
-
Do not fast or your body will go into "starvation mode" and become more resistant in releasing stored fat.

Speak with your practicioner about healthy diet options and appropriate supplements such as Vitamin B- complex that help the body detox

Wearing a waist trainer or any form of shape-wear after each session can maximize results (bodysculpting only*)
